Code of Conduct

Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from abusive, demeaning, discriminatory, derogatory or harassing behavior and speech, this includes but is not limited to offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images and links in public spaces (including presentation slides and virtual event text chat); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate contact and unwelcome sexual attention; and political speech. Violations of this policy will not be tolerated whether by participants or presenters in GoDaddy Open 2021. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout live-streamed events. The materials will be used by GoDaddy for marketing and publicity on our website, social media and/or third-party publications. By participating, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed for these materials.

In-person events

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Although GoDaddy has instituted reasonable practices in an attempt to lessen or reduce the spread of COVID-19, GoDaddy cannot guarantee that you will never get exposed to the virus or get sick from it. By attending a GoDaddy event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
